One of the best ways of living in this world of ongoing temptations and excess is to look at a Mediterranean diet eating plan. Of course if you are going for tapas a Spanish red beverages is essential you can go for Rioja or something from Navarra. Finally if you are a fan of fish look out for a vinho ecologico which is wonderful with all kinds of fish and comes from France, and they also have a weird thing called the French Paradox.
